Pastor Ed Snyder and First Lady Gayle Snyder have devoted 41 years to ministry, with a deep commitment to serving God and their community. Since 2014, they have faithfully led Solid Rock Church as Lead Pastors, guiding the congregation with a heart for spiritual growth, outreach, and transformation. Their leadership has been marked by a passion for both individual and community revival, and their dedication to the mission of the church has made a lasting impact.

The Snyder's are proud parents of two children, Mariah and Marcus, along with their respective spouses, Peter and Katie. Pastor Snyder is also an accomplished author, having written the book Control the Beast, which addresses the importance of mastering one’s emotions, thoughts, and actions to live a life of purpose and fulfillment in Christ.

In addition to his pastoral role, Pastor Snyder serves as the Chaplain for the Irving Police Department, providing spiritual support and guidance to law enforcement officers and the broader community. Together, Ed and Gayle Snyder remain dedicated to God, their family, their church, and the city of Irving, continually seeking to make a difference for the Kingdom of God. Their leadership exemplifies servant-hearted commitment, and they continue to inspire those around them to live out their faith boldly and with integrity.

Pastor Marcus Snyder and Kaitlyn Snyder combined have dedicated over 20 years to ministry, with a strong focus on guiding and nurturing the next generation. Since 2017, they have served as Student Pastors, impacting countless young lives by helping them deepen their relationship with God. Their leadership has been instrumental in taking the student ministry to new heights, fostering spiritual growth, and empowering students to live out their faith in meaningful ways. Together, they are passionate about equipping the youth for a lifetime of discipleship and service. 

Pastor Frank Chavira serves as the Spanish Pastor at Solid Rock Church in Irving, Texas, with a deep-rooted commitment to the city he calls home. Growing up in Irving, Pastor Frank has a profound love for the community and its people. His heart for the city drives his passion for serving and reaching out to the Hispanic community, offering guidance, support, and spiritual growth. Through his leadership, he strives to make a positive impact on Irving, building connections and sharing the love of Christ with those around him. Pastor Frank’s dedication to Irving reflects his lifelong connection to the city and his unwavering desire to see it thrive spiritually. 

Ruby Guerrero has been a vital part of the worship ministry for over 10 years, consistently bringing her passion and dedication to leading others in worship. Known for her deep connection with God, Ruby's heart for ministry is evident every time she and her team take the stage. She has a unique ability to usher in the presence of God, creating an atmosphere where people are able to experience His power and move in their lives.
Her leadership and commitment to the worship ministry have inspired countless individuals, as she faithfully serves to glorify God and help others encounter His presence through music and song. Ruby's powerful and anointed worship is a testament to her love for God and her desire to see His Kingdom advanced through authentic, heartfelt praise.

Pastor Marcus Snyder has not only been dedicated to ministry for over 20 years but also brings a wealth of experience from his 10+ years in the media industry. His passion for reaching people with the message of the Gospel extends beyond the church walls, as he and his team work tirelessly to bring the power of God right into the homes of those watching. Through their efforts in media production, they have successfully leveraged technology to share God's Word and worship with a broader audience, making it accessible to many who may not otherwise attend in person.
Pastor Marcus’s dual expertise in both ministry and media has allowed him to create high-quality, impactful content that engages and transforms lives. His dedication to excellence in both fields reflects his heart to serve others and bring people closer to God through every screen, whether it's in worship services, online teachings, or special media projects.
